Guest accommodation & central facilities
Cottages, room blocks, restaurants, banquet and reception structures built to hospitality durability and serviceability standards.
End-to-end resort and hospitality construction — guest accommodation, central facilities, pools and water features, landscaping and site infrastructure, delivered in coordinated phases.
Resort construction brings together most of what PBJ Infra does: buildings, pools, water features, landscaping and the underground infrastructure that makes a remote site habitable. The value of a single contractor across all of it is coordination — the pool plant room, the STP, the water storage and the electrical room are planned together, and the wet-leisure areas are built by the team that builds them every day rather than handed to a separate pool contractor at the end.
This service is for hospitality developers, landowners converting agricultural or scenic land into a destination, and existing resort operators expanding their facilities.
PBJ works a resort as a phased programme. Site infrastructure and access come first so the rest of the site can be worked efficiently; structures follow; pools, lagoons and leisure infrastructure are built alongside; landscaping ties it together at the end. Because PBJ’s own team covers pools and landscaping as well as structures, phases can overlap without the interface disputes that slow multi-contractor sites.
PBJ Infra’s Jalashay Resort at Panshet is a completed, operating example of this service — a lakeside resort where PBJ delivered the retaining and site works, the main hall, a guest block and villa cottages, an infinity-edge pool and the full landscaping as one contract. The Anandvan Water Park in Ahilyanagar shows the same team delivering hospitality-scale aquatic infrastructure and safety systems, and AK Gemak Resort in Kolhapur shows PBJ delivering a resort pool with in-pool basketball, recreation areas and landscaping in about six months. At the larger end, AKAYA at Gokarna is a 10-acre riverside resort of 10 ferrocement dome cottages with a swimming pool, restaurant and community centre, now in its final stage, and PBJ is currently building Brahma Valley at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar — a 32-acre integrated resort with 25 villas, 55 cottages, a one-acre banquet hall, a restaurant and a swimming pool of roughly 7 lakh litres, planned over about four years. Aandra Lakestay Resort & Campzone near Pune is a lakeside site with two pools, guest cottages and landscaped waterfront grounds, and Takawe Resort at Kamshet is a completed free-form resort pool near Pune.
Resort projects typically combine swimming pool construction, lagoon pool construction, waterpark construction and land development within one contract.
Cottages, room blocks, restaurants, banquet and reception structures built to hospitality durability and serviceability standards.
Resort swimming pools, naturalistic lagoon pools and decorative water bodies, engineered and finished by the same team that builds PBJ's residential pools.
Wet-leisure zones, sport courts, event lawns and children's areas laid out around guest circulation.
Hardscape, planting, pathways, drainage and irrigation that tie the built structures into the site.
Access roads, water supply and storage, sewage treatment, and electrical distribution sized for a working resort.
PBJ Infra combines pool, filtration, landscaping and building capability under one project team, so a resort's wet-leisure elements are not subcontracted away from the main build.
Operating continuously since 2018, with the same 5-year structural / 2-year equipment warranty and direct permit-handling applied to hospitality-scale work.
