Main residence
The farmhouse itself — planned around indoor–outdoor living, verandahs and courtyards, in a mix of rustic and contemporary materials the client chooses.
Custom farmhouse construction on agricultural and weekend-home land — main residence, guest and staff quarters, pool and landscaping, water and power infrastructure, built end-to-end.
A farmhouse is a residence on a rural plot, and the plot is half the project. Water has to be found and stored, sewage has to be handled on site, power often has to be brought in or generated, and access roads have to be built before anything else can happen. PBJ Infra builds the house and all of that supporting infrastructure under one contract, which is the practical reason most farmhouse clients want a single team: coordinating a structural contractor, a pool contractor, a borewell contractor and a landscaper across a plot two hours from the city rarely goes to plan.
This service is for families building a weekend or retirement home on agricultural land, and for landowners developing a farmhouse for rental or events use.
PBJ starts with the site — access, water, drainage — then builds outward: infrastructure, then the main residence and any guest or staff structures, then the pool and landscaping. Because the same team covers the pool and the grounds, the sequence can be compressed. Clients who live elsewhere get regular progress updates so the distance does not mean losing sight of the build.
Farmhouse projects frequently combine swimming pool construction, land development and, for clients who want a low-impact build, cob house construction.

Separate guest cottages, caretaker quarters, stores, cattle sheds or farm buildings as the brief requires.
A residential or lagoon-style pool built and finished in-house, with filtration commissioned as part of the build.
Approach roads, boundary walls, orchard and lawn areas, drainage and irrigation.
Borewell and water storage, sewage treatment or soak systems, and electrical distribution sized for a property that may be some distance from mains services.
Structure, pool and landscaping are handled by one in-house team, which matters on rural sites where bringing multiple contractors to a remote plot is expensive and slow.
Operating since 2018 with a 5-year structural warranty and 2-year equipment warranty; permits and land-use compliance handled directly.
Understand the land, access, water availability, how the family intends to use the property, and the amenity wishlist.
3D visualisation, material selection, and a transparent cost estimate covering the residence, ancillary structures and infrastructure.
Site works and infrastructure, then the residence and ancillary structures, then pool and landscaping — with regular progress updates for clients who are often not local.
Final walkthrough, systems handover and warranty documentation.
Yes — the process includes 3D visualization and detailed planning before construction, so design and build stay with one team.
Yes — PBJ Infra handles necessary permits, approvals and regulatory compliance, and is well-versed in local building codes.
A 5-year warranty on structural work and a 2-year warranty on equipment, covering defects in materials or workmanship under normal usage conditions.
Cost depends on scope, size and finish level. PBJ doesn't publish fixed pricing — the project planner starts a consultation where a detailed, project-specific quote is prepared.
